These terms govern your use of the Deseret School of Design ("DSD") website and services. By enrolling or using the platform, you agree to them.
Eligibility & accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. Applicants who are minors must be enrolled by a parent or legal guardian.
Enrolment, fees & payments
Course fees, the registration fee, and intake dates are shown at enrolment. Payment is made via our approved providers. Access to classes and materials depends on the applicable fee status and any undertaking granted at approval.
Refunds & deferrals
Refunds and deferrals are handled per our published policies (for example, deferment is available once per course, before attending two sessions, with resumption within three months). Speak to the team or use your Student Portal to make a request.
Certificates
Certificates are issued to students who meet all completion requirements. Deseret School of Design is an Autodesk Authorized Training Center; certificates are issued under that accreditation.
Acceptable use & intellectual property
Course materials, software access, and site content are provided for your personal learning and remain the property of DSD or its licensors. You may not resell, redistribute, or misuse them, or use the platform unlawfully.
Disclaimers & liability
The services are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by law, DSD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Ghanaian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
